I love creating an image that reframes reality. I enjoy it when a visual reference of nature or a specific landscape uniquely differs from the familiar scenery that life or reality presents.
I enjoyed being a commercial photographer for 25 years and it presented the challenge of making the “everyday” product look appealing and marketable.
However, when I shift to the process of taking pictures strictly for the pleasure of visual expression, things change emotionally for me. I have a fresh motivation and the reward seems to be realized on a different level. I hope you enjoy some of my favorites.
